The IDEAS4WOMEN project aims to improve digital literacy and industry-related skills among underemployed women in rural areas in Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Greece. It plans to train vulnerable women in four or more topics related to essential skills and technologies through learning .The project will also create an online platform to host the educational content for at least two years after the project ends.
