As part of the project Unite4H, Novatex Solution had conducted a pilot training session at the premises of CYENS where the members of the research instituted participated in three seminars regarding on how to prepare, and manage for a Horizon Europe project. The purpose of the training session was to gather feedback in order to finalise the training toolkit that the Unite4H consortium had prepared. The toolkit includes 8 separated training modules, each focusing on a different aspect of the a Horizon Europe project from the very first phase of coming up with an idea to how to manage transnational consortium and the financial aspect of a project.
